Responsibilities:
Our Agents can be responsible for a variety of different calls including.Handles inbound customer service calls.Processes inbound sales calls.Takes inbound or placing outbound collections calls.Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues.Performs other duties as assigned.Skills Requirements:
