Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for terminal/warehouse operations, inventory, and execution of day to day logistics activities ensuring on time shipment and on time delivery to the customer.
Position will be responsible for day to day management of logistics activities, resolving any escalated issues relating to transportation delays, equipment challenges or other issues impacting on time delivery to the customer as well as Freight Forwarder services and carrier performance on a regional basis.
This position will interface with their counterparts in planning, customer service, and logistics leadership in other regions to develop and manage business processes that meet productivity and quality metrics.
Responsible for managing a seamless order-to-deliver process resulting in excellent customer service in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
