The Learning and Development Specialist will play a key role supporting the Talent Development strategy of the Company by ensuring that effective learning programs are identified, sourced and delivered across Woodbridge on a global basis. This role will be responsible for reporting and analyzing talent management, development and learning data across the organization to identify meaningful trends and required actions. Interacting with global HR and business stakeholders, the Learning and Development Specialist will seek to understand learning needs, align those needs with the overall strategy and work with vendors and internal resources to implement learning solutions through the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
