**Your Key Responsibilities**

+ Continuously initiate, support, train, and review activities applying all methods of the Schaeffler Production System (SPS), to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned.
+ Drive and support the application of the SPS standards as lean management elements, workplace design, SCM and value stream design.
+ Deploy and train SPS methods and knowledge.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of SPS and share best practices.
