Job Responsibilities:
Processing suppliers’ bill (Local Suppliers) & control over related documents.Periodic Reconciliation of suppliers’ Accounts & balance confirmation.Process local vendor payments on the due dates / defined payment cyclesMonitor the local vendor Account balances & Advances to vendors.Ensure that the vendor advances are properly approved as per the approval matrix defined.Process local vendor payments are made as per payment cycle/due dates.Make accruals in respect of services received but not invoiced and review adequacy of accruals/reversal of excess accrualsManage cash controls as well as maintain bookkeeping up to date.Processing MSME invoices as per MSME acts.Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issuesMonitor GRIR and ensure invoices are booked regularly within stipulated time.Preparation of au...
