About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist HLR & VAS Operations professional to bridge traditional network operations with the latest digital technologies and AI. The role is intermediate‑level and reports directly to the Manager HLR/VAS Planning & Operations. The Specialist leads 12 direct reports and supports day‑to‑day operation and maintenance, customer handling, configuration, troubleshooting, vendor management, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of HLR, HSS, SMSC, Smart Care /CEM, and other Value‑Added Service platforms.
• Proactively monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure optimal service delivery and availability for HLR & VAS platforms.
