Educational and Technical Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science or equivalent
- Certificate in Shipping Operations & Management
- Certifications such as STCW II 2 certificate of competency
Language Skills - Excellent English
- Proficiency in other languages relevant to the Cluster footprint is an advantage
Years of Experience - Minimum 5 years of ocean‑going experience with at least 2 years as a first officer including navigation experience
Nature of Experience - Extensive experience in maritime sector with focus on fleet efficiency performance & asset monitoring
