Financial Reporting is seeking a Specialist to assist with the company's financial close, fixed assets, leases, and fleet accounting process. The successful candidate will assist with:
+ Internal and External reporting processes including monthly preparation and quality control of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow), internal reporting packages, and 10Q/10K disclosures
+ Monthly close activities including journal entries, general ledger research, preparation of fleet summaries for leadership, capitalized interest, and internal control reporting
+ Accounting for various fleet related transactions, including purchases and leases
+ Coordinating with TechOps to forecast and account for fleet modifications
+ Preparation and review of quarterly audit requests
+ Preparation of account reconciliations
+ Maintenance of the SAP general ledger and HFM consolidation system
