Senior Field Representative, Facilities Ricoh is currently looking for a career‑oriented individual to coordinate on a daily basis with outside contractors and in‑house services performing a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of the building grounds. The Facilities Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to support the building and Division's daily operations such as office services including mail, courier, duplication and security.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign work requests for outside contractors and in‑house services, and oversee completion of assigned projects and services i.e., electrical, voice/data cabin, plumbing, waste disposal, recycling, repairs, painting, carpet cleaning etc
• Administrative support for training on alarm system activation/deactivation for new hires
• Maintain a database of service vendors, contracts and invoices paid
