Overview

(This role is a 3rd Party contract engagement for 24 months.) Overall, the scope requires the person to oversee the overall management of Digital Centre (NADI) that covers strategy and planning, project management and operations.

Strategy and Planning

• Strategise requirement for NADI based on requirement from MCMC (e.g., tender for new NADI)
• Strategise and plan for programs at NADI based on requirement from MCMC and community needs
• Plan for facilities requirement (e.g., backhaul) for NADI based on requirement from MCMC and company strategic plan
• Plan and create an audit program cycle of NADI project and evaluate its effectiveness.

Project Management

• Manage and ensure project executed follows the project management methodology and policies.
