**What you’ll need to succeed as a Customs Specialist at XPO**

Minimum qualifications:

+ 1 year of related work experience
+ Strong computer and typing skills
+ Experience with Microsoft Office
+ Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends

Preferred qualifications:

+ 2 years of office experience dealing with corporate customers, or inbound/outbound call center experience
+ Bilingual in English and French
+ Cross-border and customs brokerage experience
+ Working knowledge of the transportation industry
+ Strong problem-solving and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
