Position Overview
What You’ll Do
- Handles and resolves manual bookings, booking-related queries and cases based on company’s policies and procedures
- Identifies and escalates difficult and complex issues to senior team members
- Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and merchants
- Liaises with internal departments and external merchants to fulfil booking amendments and refunds
- Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of all interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in the company’s system
- Keeps updated with company procedures and processes
- Shares merchant feedback with relevant departments for further improvements
