Specialist Bid & Proposal Vascular - Portuguese (Located in Madrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Public Tenders and present them in a timely manner on electronic platforms.
• Prepare new offers to Customer and respond to quotation requests and price enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep tender records in an efficient manner allowing easy but secure access by relevant sales staff.
• Track tender and sales contract renewal/submission dates and respond accordingly.
• Keep consignment records according policy.

Minimum requirements

• Experience: 1 year in tender processes and price quotation in Portugal market.
• Portuguese C2 or Native - Mandatory.
• English is a plus.
• Minimum high school.
• Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Sap Demand is a plus.
• Medical Device industry administrative experience is a plus.
