Job Description A Specialist Associate is required to assist in the maintenance and management of the St. John’s Island National Marine Laboratory (SJINML), a marine station located on St. John’s Island, Singapore.
Duties & Responsibilities - Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
- Manage facility MA on routine scheduled inspections and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent failures.
- Manage facility MA on the general maintenance of the SJINML facilities and infrastructure, including the maintenance of seawater pumps and aquaria systems, facilities and safety management.
- Repairs & Renovations:
- Manage facility MA to execute building maintenance, including painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and lighting, to keep facilities functional.
