Provide pre- and post-sales application support for the Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) business unit, with a focus on Materials Science, Failure Analysis, and Quality Assurance. 

Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of IQS solutions – including light microscopy (LM ), electron microscopy (EM ), and advanced imaging systems – for industrial customers in the assigned territory. This includes understanding system hardware, software, and accessories, while managing time and customer priorities effectively and operating in full compliance with company guidelines and standards. 

Operate, care for, and ensure cleanliness and readiness of all systems within the Quality Excellence Center (QEC ), maintaining a professional, customer-ready demonstration and training environment.
