**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Special Warfare – Operations Integrator** to join our team in **Spring Lake, NC.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to** :

+ Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective student management, and driving continuous improvement supporting USAJFKSWCS.
+ Manage course schedules based on training data for current and future training events. Manage the short-range training activities/events for the Command and lead weekly training and synchronization meetings.
+ Responsible for administering student management processes of the Command. Process course start, stop rosters, schools’ requests, CAP, TRAP, and non-conduct memorandums. Submit the attrition document (Relief Memorandum) to obtain Battalion Commander approval of the recommended action and forward to higher headquarters.
