The Boeing Company is seeking a highly motivated **Special Test Equipment (STE) Readiness and Support** **Manager** to lead our Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) team in **El Segundo, CA** .

The selected candidate will provide day-to-day leadership, technical oversight, and workforce management for a 24/7 team responsible for STE readiness, analytics, sustainment, support, certification, and execution.
