Position Overview
**General Summary**
Works collaboratively with Vice Presidents and Administrators on emerging issues, strategic initiatives and program development. Provides coordination and support - including working with consultants and potential partners.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Works with leadership to develop and support strategic programs and projects which advance the WellSpan Strategic Plan.
+ Builds relationships and communication channels throughout the organization and works to clarify and define processes.
+ Establishes information and frameworks to align current initiatives including a shared file system, historical context, and timeframe for activity.
+ Works on special projects as assigned.
