The candidate will develop, implement, and control special manufacturing processes used in aerospace production. The role ensures all special processes are compliant with customer, regulatory, and industry standards, delivering consistent quality and airworthiness of aerospace products and assist the Manager in day-to-day process.

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, or related field)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain special process procedures (e.g., heat treatment, surface treatment, coatings, welding, brazing)
• Perform process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements (NADCAP, AS9100, FAA/EASA)
