The Role:
You will be working as an Special Needs Teaching Assistant at a Specialist Primary School in Salisbury, supporting children with a diverse range of needs. The school caters for children with Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, learning difficulties, speech and language needs, and physical disabilities. Many of the students require 1-2-1 support to help them access learning in a way that suits their unique needs.
Your Day to Day:
You will support a small class of 6 to 8 pupils, working alongside the class teacher and another teaching assistant to create a fun and exciting learning environment.
