About the Role:
1:1 classroom support Supporting with communication, emotional regulation, and focus in classWorking closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionalsCreating a calm and structured environment to help the pupil thriveFull-time role (Monday to Friday, school hours)The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children with Autism (ASD), ideally in a primary school settingA calm, consistent, and nurturing approachStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and positive relationships with children and staff
