Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary setting in South Birmingham. This role is for the full academic year.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties)
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
