Organization Description
PAVE Academy Charter School is a public charter school in Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY. PAVE provides a K-8 experience that lays the foundation for a productive and choice-filled life. We build our students brick by brick, equipping them with the academic, social, and emotional skills that they need to become critical thinkers, problem solvers, overcomers and leaders in their communities.




Opportunity Summary
PAVE Red Hook seeks elementary teachers for Kindergarten through 4th grade for the 2026-2027 school year. Teachers will instruct ELA, math, social studies, science, and character development. In addition, all PAVE teachers will implement PAVE's curriculum and assessment programs. All elementary teachers will work in a co-teaching environment on a dynamic grade team where all educators share an equal load of responsibility and accountability. All teachers report directly to the Principal.
