8-Hour Shift between 7:00am-5:00pm EST; Mandatory OT on last week and weekend of the month based off business need
- Must have high speed WiFi connection and place to setup home office

POSITION PURPOSE
To ensure
all payments, denials, deductibles, adjustments, write-offs, and offsets are accurately posted
and balanced each
day
II.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Utilize Waystar and/or payer websites to obtain necessary remittance advices daily
2.
Process credit card payments/vouchers including
posting
to the account
3.
Review each batch received and ensure
all documentation is enclosed
4.
Manually post a minimum of 3 bill types, which may include payments, denials, and offsets, with
little
to no supervision
