Position Overview

Overview

The purpose of the role is to:
• Support Spare Parts Ordering processes in collaboration with plant and SC function
• Plants’ production supporting materials purchasing
• Provide Spare Parts checking and monitoring related issues for plants leveraging technology
• Leverage MyBuysystem to conduct ordering related tasks
• Create/complete reports following standardized templates as provided by BU / plants 

Responsibilities

System operation activities:
Input PR from engineers into MyBuy
Check spare parts name, parameter, supplier info, category etc.
Place order in MyBuy
Track PO status in MyBuy and coordinate with suppliers
Deal with spare parts invoicing issues if any exeptions 
Develop new suppliers as needed
Reporting activities:
Generate spare parts related reports per requested by Plants
Conduct regular monitoring...
