Spare Parts Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and motorsport‑passionate professional to join our organization in this role.
Responsibilities
- Main point of contact with spare parts suppliers: negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, and reporting
- Direct contact with teams and clients: spare parts sales both on and off track
- Inventory management: warehouse and truck stock control, from goods reception to storage
- Logistics and administration: deliveries, customs procedures, and invoicing
- Preparation and maintenance of catalogues, manuals, and related documentation
Qualifications
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
- Knowledge of engineering/mechanics and administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- B1 driving license, and possibility to obtain C+E
