Spare Parts Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our South Island Service team. Reporting to the Parts Distribution Centre Manager, you will support the efficient operation of our Christchurch Parts Store and supply parts across South Island.
Key Responsibilities
- Support picking and dispatching of parts orders.
- Receive inward goods, conduct stocktakes and replenish van and branch stock.
- Maintain picking accuracy and the tidiness of the Parts Distribution Centre to meet health and safety requirements.
- Prioritise back orders or urgent jobs and action spare parts requisitions daily.
- Assemble and occasionally deliver parts packages to field or site technicians.
- Assist the sales team with orders to meet customer expectations.
