Join March Networks in Ottawa as a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist. This role focuses on providing exceptional support in Spanish for our customers in Latin America.
In this position, you will deliver Level 1 support to March Networks customers, primarily through phone, chat, and email. You will cultivate trust with customers while enhancing your technical knowledge of Digital Video Recorders, Cameras, and Video Management Software. Your role will also require a high level of professionalism and the ability to adapt quickly to customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
