We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization through a Contract assignment based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for members, providing thoughtful assistance over the phone, documenting interactions accurately, and helping callers understand available resources, policies, and required next steps.
