As Spa Trainer & Head Therapist I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

Evaluate the spa therapist operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Spa Management.

Lead and motivate all therapists to a level of service which exceeds all guests’ expectations by facilitating teamwork and ensuring all treatments are performed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.

Provide departmental orientation to newly recruited Hosts.

Take an active part in the leadership of team.

Ensure hosts perform opening and closing according to Six Senses Spas standards.

Check and set up daily operations of the Spa according to Six Senses Spas standards.

Provide all relevant training reports to the spa and home office.

Carry out monthly training with Spa Team following the individual training plan for each Host as well as other training needs outlined on the training calendar.
