Job Description . Perform professional facials and other beauty services for customers . Create a safe space for your clients to disclose their face concerns, taking note of their individual needs, routines, and goals . Ensure each client receives an extraordinary treatment for their individual needs and goals. . Provide a friendly, compassionate environment, deep product/protocol knowledge and honest advice . Educate clients on both the protocol being administered as well as their own unique skincare concerns and questions by modelling our innovative philosophy . Handle administrative duties, manage appointments, maintaining client records, inventory and operating supplies . To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
