Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Spa Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing massage, facial and body treatments to the highest standards
• Building long‑term relationships with our guests
• Up‑selling spa services and products and other hotel outlets
• Assisting with reception/reservation duties, including reception shifts if required and covering reception team breaks

Qualifications

• NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies
• Experience in a professional beauty environment
• A passion for delivering an outstanding service and a memorable experience each time
• Exceptional personal presentation
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends
