Job Responsibilities

·Delivering a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner as per Jiva Standards.

·Maintaining equipment and inventory of products.

·Acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.

·Perform opening and closing procedures.

·Schedule guest appointments.

·Arrange workstation, treatment room, and drapes.

·Helps promoting the massage to the SPA members and the hotel guests.

·Monitor stock levels of oils and creams and ensures that par stock levels are maintained at all times.

·Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.

·Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends.

·Be thoroughly familiar and able to recommend Spa products and treatments as well as know pertinent hotel information.
