Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks related to spa operations in accordance with company policies.
Provide professional guidance to guests on treatments, services, retail products, and spa promotions, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all spa offerings.
Support guest hosting throughout their stay on the property as required.
