Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the spa reception team during daily operations
- Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and maximize treatment room utilization
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
- Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing training and coaching
- Monitor daily revenue cash handling and booking accuracy
- Promote spa treatments packages and retail products to achieve sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail areas
- Prepare daily reports and assist with inventory control
Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years of experience in spa reception or front office supervision
- Strong knowledge of spa operations and booking systems
