Position Overview
Job Duties:
Day to day management of the spa and the team.
Ensuring high standards of service and professionalism is consistently maintained.
Leading, mentoring and motivating the team.
MUST be revenue driven, taking leadership in staffβs personal budgets as well as the overall spa budget.
Use of Zenoti booking system will be advantaged.
Take control of staff, and lead them successfully in all areas.
Attributes:
Strong understanding of financial statements and experience in managing the spaβs operations budget.
Excellent communication skills.
Must work confidently both as a leader and team player.
MUST have previous experience in Spa Management and successfully leading a team.
Must have a Beauty Qualification.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Own vehicle is required.
Flexible to work weekends, spa hours and public holidays.
