• NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified.
• Temple Spa training.
• Experience in a similar environment.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Ability to plan and problem solve effectively.
• Business acumen and sales awareness.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with members and guests.
• Lead the team in demonstrating a customer-focused service.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the club’s facilities and staff.
• Monitor the Spa’s financial performance.
• Develop a sales culture to encourage revenue and membership growth.
