KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop and implement continuous improvement programs.Ensure all staff clearly understand their responsibilities and job descriptions.Ensure all reports submitted to Operations and other relevant stakeholders are accurate and concise.Provide the team with a clear understanding of spa costs and expenses, including petty cash expenditures, product usage, and other operational costs.Conduct disciplinary actions as required, accurately documenting verbal and written warnings for policy and procedure violations.Conduct weekly meetings with all staff to discuss revenue performance, operational challenges, sales techniques, q...
