We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Diagnostic Radiographer to join our multidisciplinary team in NHS Grampian. The base hospital has an extremely busy elective orthopaedic service as well as care of the elderly and rehabilitation beds.

Successful candidates will work the majority of the time within this environment but may also cover rotas at other NHS sites when required.

The radiology departments are equipped with a combination of digital radiography (DR) and computed radiography (CR) using PACS/RIS technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general radiographic examinations, including theatre and fluoroscopy.
• Assist in image acquisition and processing.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Participate in audits, research, and CPD activities.
