We are looking for an ambitious and motivated pharmacy technician to join our clinical pharmacy team within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI) on a full time permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growing team of clinical/ward technicians across medical, surgical and cancer teams.
• Shape the role of clinical/ward technician, develop existing processes and expand the team.
• Work closely with medical, surgical and cancer team leads, and maintain good working relationships with Dr Grays and Women and Children’s pharmacy teams.
• Supervise and train staff and students, act as a role model, and participate in audit and research.
• Commit to weekend working as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experienced pharmacy technician with excellent knowledge of pharmacy practice.
• Strong people skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
