Key Responsibilities Business Planning & Expansion Management Support Southeast Asia expansion strategy development, providing site selection and market planning recommendations based on headquarters’ direction and local market conditions. Assist markets in setting expansion targets and execution plans, driving progress management and resource alignment to ensure delivery of business goals. Establish and maintain a pipeline management mechanism for potential store locations across countries, supporting expansion planning and development pacing. Build a post-opening review mechanism to evaluate site selection effectiveness through operational data and continuously optimize expansion strategies and resource allocation.
