Key Responsibilities

Business Planning & Expansion Management

• Support Southeast Asia expansion strategy development, providing site selection and market planning recommendations based on headquarters’ direction and local market conditions.
• Assist markets in setting expansion targets and execution plans, driving progress management and resource alignment to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Establish and maintain a pipeline management mechanism for potential store locations across countries, supporting expansion planning and development pacing.
• Build a post-opening review mechanism to evaluate site selection effectiveness through operational data and continuously optimize expansion strategies and resource allocation.
