Job Title: South Indian Cook

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, uttapams, and other breakfast items.
Prepare different varieties of dosas such as Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, Ghee Roast, Rava Dosa, Onion Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Paper Roast, Set Dosa, and specialty dosas.
Prepare dosa batter and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and fermentation.
Prepare chutneys, sambar, and other South Indian accompaniments.
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking stations.
Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
