Position Overview

**We’re looking for a strategic and creative Sous Chef to join one of Oslo’s most iconic hotels.**
Amerikalinjen opened in 2019 and has since become one of the city’s leading boutique hotels
- consistently ranked as a top hotel on TripAdvisor. Our house is a vibrant blend of history, design, and
hospitality, home to several unique food and drink concepts:

**About the Role**
As Sous Chef, you’ll be part of our talented kitchen leadership team, working closely with the
Executive Chef to guide and support the kitchen team. You’ll play a key role in developing and
executing our culinary concepts — ensuring that every dining experience, from breakfast and lunch
to à la carte and events, delights our guests and reflects Amerikalinjen’s high standards of quality,
