Our Food & Beverage Department is pretty important feature of our operations - let's face it, our manuhiri (guests) and staff can work up quite an appetite out on the slopes! During Winter we operate three food and beverage outlets serving a range of scrummy cabinet food to delicious kitchen creations. We are seeking Chefs and Cooks to create food our guests will drool over and keep coming back for more. and Kitchen Hands to support these master chefs!
We are seeking experienced Sous Chefs, Chefs and Cooks to work alongside our Head Chef in the day-to-day kitchen duties, preparation and coordination of particular sections of kitchen production is what the bulk of the job entails.
Kitchen hands will support the team where needed whilst learning the essential ins and outs of the kitchen.
