We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our team at Penelope Social in the evening time. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and prep lists for the entire team in the evening time. This will be your service and team to manage and oversee. There will be a team of cooks for you to manage and monitor and ensure they are working hard and doing things correctly. Lastly you will be in charge of managing and working all Sunday private events as well with the appropriate team for support. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all food safety standards are met and that each dish is made to perfection.
