SOUS CHEF
A luxury lodge in the Pilanesberg region is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in the daily running of the kitchen.
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests. This role is ideal for a hands-on chef with strong organisational skills and a passion for hospitality.
REQUIREMENT:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a lodge or hospitality environment
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
