Sous Chef – STAY by Yannick Alleno The role is located at One&Only Royal Mirage in New Dubai. We seek an experienced culinary professional to support the Chef de Cuisine and enhance the guests’ dining experience.
Responsibilities - Assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading, managing, and organizing all kitchen operations to the highest standards.
- Develop and execute menu items in line with the resort’s culinary concept.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and procedural standards as outlined by the Director of Culinary.
- Support kitchen staff, manage inventory, and ensure timely preparation for guest service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and uphold quality excellence.
Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale luxury or five‑star hospitality setting.
