We’re looking for a capable and driven Sous Chef to support kitchen leadership and help deliver a consistent, high-quality food experience across both casual and refined service.
Role OverviewAs Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and lead the team during service. You’ll be hands‑on in both prep and execution, ensuring consistency across brunch, lunch, and evening menus.
