Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef at Patina Brewing Co., located in Port Coquitlam, BC. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu preparation, food production, inventory management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
